I'm Egor. I've been doing infrastructure since 2010 — back when "DevOps" wasn't a job title yet, just something ops people did to make developers less annoyed.

Started with physical servers in a cramped server room. Then virtualization happened. Then containers. Now it's Kubernetes everywhere. Technologies change, but the fundamentals stay the same: systems need to work, and someone needs to make sure they do.

AuroraDev is a small operation. I work with a few trusted specialists when projects need it, but I'm involved in everything we do. No account managers, no project coordinators, no "I'll check with the technical team." You talk to me, I do the work.

We don't take every project that comes our way. If we're not the right fit — wrong tech stack, wrong timeline, wrong expectations — we'll tell you. I'd rather say no upfront than deliver something mediocre.

We also don't do spec work or free "proof of concept" projects. If you need us to prove we know what we're doing, look at the projects page or ask for references.
